HOW WE PROTECT PERSONAL INFORMATION

No method of transmitting data over the Internet or storing it electronically is completely secure. While we take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. If we are legally required to notify you of a breach involving your personal information, we may do so electronically, in writing, or by telephone, as permitted by law. COOKIES AND OTHER NETWORK TECHNOLOGIES

1. To improve your online experience, our web pages may currently or in the future use “cookies.” Cookies are small text files that our web server may place on your device to store your preferences. Cookies do not provide us with your email address or other personal information unless you voluntarily choose to share that information with us. However, if you do choose to share personal information, it may be linked to the data stored in the cookies. While you may be able to disable cookies through your device or browser settings, doing so may impact the functionality of certain features of our Services.

2. Our Offerings use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 (“Google”). Google Analytics employs cookies and similar technologies to gather and analyze information about how the Services are used and to report on activities and trends. This service may also collect information about your use of other websites, apps, and online resources. For more details on how Google uses data when you interact with our Site or Services, you can visit this link:

https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You may have the option to opt-out of some Google Analytics features by downloading the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Additionally, for more information about interest-based advertising or to opt-out of having your web browsing information used for behavioral advertising purposes, you can visit http://optout.aboutads.info.

3. We, or our service providers, may also use “pixel tags,” “web beacons,” “clear GIFs,” or similar technologies (collectively referred to as "Pixel Tags") in connection with our Site and HTML-formatted email messages to, among other things, compile aggregate statistics on website usage and response rates. A Pixel Tag is an electronic image, typically just one pixel (1x1) in size, that is usually invisible to website visitors and may be linked to cookies on the visitors’ devices. Pixel Tags enable us and our service providers to count users who have visited specific pages on the Site, deliver customized services, and assess the effectiveness of promotional or advertising campaigns. When used in HTML-formatted email messages, Pixel Tags can inform the sender whether and when the email has been opened.

4. We may incorporate “social media widgets,” which are links to platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc., (which may include features such as the “share this” button or other interactive mini-programs). These features may collect information such as your IP address and the page you are visiting on our Site and may place a cookie to ensure the feature functions properly. These social media features may be hosted by a third party or directly on our Site. Your interactions with these features are governed by the Privacy Policy or terms of the company providing them.

5. As you browse the internet, you generate a trail of electronic data at each website you visit, often referred to as “clickstream data.” This data can be collected and stored by a website's server and may reveal information such as the type of device and browser software you use, as well as the address of the website from which you linked to our Site. We may use clickstream data as non-personally identifiable information to analyze how much time visitors spend on each page of our Site, how they navigate through the Site, and to better tailor our web pages to meet visitors' needs. We will use this information solely to enhance and improve our Site.

We strive to adhere to the Florida Telemarketing Act and the Florida Do Not Call Act for our Florida residents. To facilitate compliance, we will consider you a Florida resident if, at the time of account registration, either (a) the billing address you provide is in Florida or (b) the phone number used to create the account has a Florida area code. If you do not meet either of these criteria or do not explicitly inform us in writing that you are a Florida resident, you agree that the provisions of the Florida Telemarketing Act and the Florida Do Not Call Act do not apply to you. As a Florida resident, you also agree that mobile messages sent in response to your mobile messages or requests will not be classified as a “telephonic sales call” or “commercial telephone solicitation call” under Florida Statutes Section 501 (including but not limited to sections 501.059 and 501.616), provided that these laws are relevant and applicable.

WASHINGTON STATE LAW

To the extent applicable to the Offerings, we aim to comply with the commercial telephone solicitation regulations under the Revised Code of Washington (RCW), including but not limited to sections 80.36.390, 19.158.040, 19.158.110, and 19.158, as they pertain to residents of Washington State. For compliance purposes, we will consider you a Washington State resident if the area code of the phone number used to create your account on our Site is a Washington State area code.
